Thomazo is very educational and the time spent at his place was truly pleasant. I highly recommend it to get away from the very traditional visits to Venice and treat yourself to a more immersive moment.
Rosa was amazing! So welcoming and full of fun facts about the Italian culinary culture. She was patient and full of life. You can see and feel how much she loves cooking and teaching the love of pasta making. We had such an amazing time. One of our favorite experiences in Italy! Plus the food we made was absolutely delicious.

The class was super chill and our host was so friendly. We got to make real pasta by hand and then whip up tiramisu the traditional way. The small group made it feel less like a class and more like hanging out at a locall's house. Honestly, best way to spend an evening in Venice if you like cooking (and eating!)
