- You may bring your pet with you at an extra cost of €15 to be paid on site and you will need to contact the number on your reservation voucher as soon as possible to report their presence. Small to medium-sized animals of docile disposition are allowed.
- Food and beverages are not allowed from the outside. However, families with children and those with certain medical conditions are allowed to bring food and drinks into the facility.
- For those with disabilities, there is a parking lot with easy access to the pool area, as well as a dedicated bathroom inside the hall on the ground floor.
- It is recommended to reach the facility from SP81, as SP48 is bumpy. There is a large free parking area.
- Infants and small children can ride in a pram or stroller
- Suitable for all physical fitness levels
