Recorrimos la parte sur de esta ruta del vino la zona de Pocitos empezamos en la champañera Miguel Más, muy bien atendidos con una excelente explicación de la forma tradicional de elaboración de champagne. Recorrimos sus viñedos, degustamos su particular y orgánico champagne. Recomendable bien frío.
