This itinerary combines a perfect culinary experience all in one - a three ‘course’ itinerary! Local MARKET WALK + Authentic Indian COOKING CLASS + MEAL INCLUSIONS : - Visit a local spices and vegetable market and experience the sounds and smells. The market is a one stop market for spices, fruits, veggies; etc and is one of Delhi's most exciting food bazaars - Cook using the time tested yet simple nuances needed to cook up feasts. - Relish by enjoying the Indian delicacies cooked. Things to note : - The class & menu includes 3 MAIN DISHES & 3 BREADS. - Menu can be customised to vegan/vegetarian/gluten free. - Recipes would be provided. - Please let us know if any menu preference/dietary constraints
