Swedish Baking Class and Culture Experience

Discover Sweden through baking, stories and fika. During this two hour experience, you will make two or three Swedish classics from scratch with guidance throughout. There is plenty of room to decorate and personalise what you make, whether you prefer to keep things traditional or try something of your own. Between the baking, we talk about Swedish traditions, everyday culture and the stories behind fika and the pastries you are making. Questions, games and challenges are part of the experience too, adding some competition along the way. Once everything is ready, we sit down for fika with coffee or tea and enjoy what we have made together. Your remaining pastries are packed to take home, along with the recipes. No previous baking experience is needed. The experience is guided throughout, but relaxed and informal, with the focus on taking part, trying things out and enjoying the time together. Private bookings are also available for groups.
