Continue into the 13th and 14th centuries, during the height of the Hanseatic League. Enjoy a tasting of Sweden’s famous herring preparations and hear how these times shaped Nordic gastronomy.
For the final stop, step into a 600-year-old cellar, and savor classic Swedish meatballs while uncovering the story behind this dish. You’ll also have the option to try snaps, a traditional Nordic spirit, and learn about its role in celebrations through the centuries.
Led by an expert guide, this small-group experience offers a complete dinner across multiple stops, with plenty of time for questions, conversation, and a deeper connection to Sweden’s culinary heritage.
