This interactive and intimate tasting immerses you in the world of whites: history, appellations, grape varieties, winemaking techniques, and comparison between the left and right banks. You will discover how stainless steel preserves freshness while the oak barrel brings roundness and structure. Guided by Cécilia, a certified wine expert, you will taste four wines carefully chosen from family properties, organic or renowned, including a mystery wine. Each wine is accompanied by a matured French cheese, to explore creative food and wine pairings. You will leave with a tasting booklet to continue practicing at home. Depending on the season, the tasting takes place in our Bordeaux room, in a private courtyard or in our cellar.
