The most complete experience of tequila immersion!
Where do I begin…this experience is such a rich and complete immersion in the world and knowledge of Tequila. I have experience going to wineries in multiple places, both in the US and in Mexico (my uncle is a sommelier), and this is probably one of the most amazing ones! Not the typical tasting!
This is a wonderful class - much more than a typical tasting. My friend and I learned how to determine the quality of pretty much any alcoholic beverage. So educational and fun. And the tequilas were excellent. This was a rare and valuable experience!

I can’t wait to return for her wine and mezcal tastings!
Last night we did a tequila tasting with Jimena, and it was one of the best experiences we’ve ever had. Jimena is warm, fun, and incredibly knowledgeable—she’s a true sommelier. We had an amazing time and learned so much.

Fun afternoon with learning. Alex is knowledgeable, funny, etc. A great way to start learning about what makes a good Tequila.

An excellent tequila induction
This was a great introduction to tequila - I felt like I learnt a lot in between sampling some excellent drinks and learning how to gauge quality. Alex was an excellent host - a real ‘no-BS’ sommelier who really knows his stuff (an accredited sommelier in 4 different countries) and is happy to share his knowledge. Highly recommend - but be warned that you’re unlikely to leave sober!
