The art of Pasta + Italian sommelier

Master the art of pasta making with a Michelin-star chef. Learn authentic Italian techniques from Bologna and pair them with expert wine choices guided by a professional sommelier.
Experience Details
You will learn how to make pasta from a professional Chef with experience in Michelin-star restaurants. I worked in the most prestigious restaurants in Italy ("La bottega del buon caffè" "Cestello Ristoclub" "Sotto sale ristorante Favignana") and in London ( "Maze by Gordon Ramsey" Pied a terre"). All I know about it is coming from my Grandma, she is born in Bologna, home of authentic Italian pasta. I will bring you a word that leads away and I will show you every secret of making Italian Pasta.
