Thai Charming Cooking School, We are the best of cooking school in Krabi. We were born in a farming community that has always followed Thai traditions and we learned about Thai cooking from the people in our local community. We would like to help you to become an accomplished Thai cook like ourselves. We have worked for a long time as a chef and tutor and have worked in a variety of settings including Thai, seafood, and Italian restaurants. We have a great deal of experience and cook to a very high level and guests compliment us on how delicious and varied our cooking is. • Choice your own 7 Thai dishes from each category and learn how to cook under the guidance of an expert local chef. • Make your own curry paste, individual hand-on a method, and learn how to cook jasmine rice and sticky rice. • Dine on your creations after the class. Receives a culinary certificate. • There are three periods for the course, morning, afternoon, and dinner course.

All dishes can be either vegetarian, vegan, spicy or non spicy to suite to your own taste.
There are at least 2 people required to start the cooking class. The class size is limited to maximal 25 persons.

Thai Charm Cooking is the cooking school for Thai dishes. It is located outskirts of Krabi downtown. At your first moment in Thai Charm Cooking, you will be suggested about Thai menus which are Thai traditional foods. These dishes are unique and have a long history. The chef here will be a friendly teacher with his/her cooking expertise and introduce all ingredients and seasonings that make each dish special and good taste. You can select up to 7 dishes for learning from more than 15 provided Thai menus. In addition, two dessert menus which are mango with sweet sticky rice and banana with coconut milk sauce are taught. The class will be ended by tasting the special dishes from yourself. You will get a recipe book and certificate after you finish the course, and also can take away your dishes with you. You will graduate from the course with a new cooking skill. This will impress your friends and family a lot.

Amazing experience

It was an amazing experience. Charm Cooking School did a wonderful job welcoming us into their space, explaining us what ingredients and how to use them, walked us throughout the entire cooking process to make our chosen dishes and had dinner at the end of the class. They also provided a cook book at the end and Penny said we can text her with questions anytime! I would highly recommend this class to anyone looking to learn authentic Thai meals!

The Best Cooking Class met my expectations

It was a very good experience; Penny was very professional, dynamic, and pleasant while teaching Thai cooking recipes. The recipes we chose according to Penny's instructions turned out delicious, since in the end we ate what we prepared.

From beans on toast to a master of Thai cuisine……..well almost :)

What a fantastic experience. I am a terrible cook but with Pennys guidance I managed to produce 5 good dishes (although I say that myself!). The venue is lovely and tucked away inland giving a very personal feel. Penny was great and managed the group of 12 people very well. The other staff onsite were very welcoming and helpful. If you want to gain a glimpse of what Thai cooking has to offer then this is a must.
