Are you a coffee lover? Do you want to learn more about coffee? This is the place to visit when in Dominicus/Bayahibe.
We are a family owned business who specializes in roasting Dominican coffee. During your session you will learn everything from how specialty coffee is harvested to how it is grown in the Dominican mountains. After going through all the harvesting processes, you will learn more on how we roast our coffee and also be able to witness a small batch of coffee roasting. Included in your visit, at the end of the session, you will be able to taste our different coffees.
These are small group sessions.
We are located in the heart of Dominicus Village:
Viva Wydham Resort: 2 minutes walking
Iberostar Hacienda Dominicus: 13 minutes walking
Catalonia Dominicus: 17 minutes walking
Dreams La Romana: 20 minutes walking
Hilton La Romana: 10 minutes drive
Monday sessions are in Spanish
Wednesday sessions are in French

10/10, a great time
A superb visit accompanied by tastings Our taste buds were delighted. This place is very nice. The visit was conducted in French. We advise you to go there just before or after the cigar factory which is 2 steps away.

A little coffee paradise!
What a beautiful place! We were with family, a group of 8-10 and we were perfectly welcomed by the boss, French expatriate for a while. A golden person, kind and passionate about his shop. So she gave us a tour showing us the different steps of creating coffee. Then we could enjoy his coffee, on a great terrace. A real good time to live, unmissable if you are in marmara right in front! Beautiful discovery
Thanks to kappa club we discovered christelle, French, passionate about her profession She explained the coffee roasting and these subtleties. We even went back 1 second time continue our shopping. Beautiful discovery
