This PORTO ESSENTIALS FOOD TOUR has been designed for small groups (eight persons max.), to offer a deep insight into the daily food habits of Porto citizens and explore an amazing set of flavours that will let you lick your fingers during the six different stages of the tour. From the most tender "Rojão" (pork meat cooked in low heat for hours), to the best "Pataniscas" in town (codfish cakes), and even a cheese and wine tasting inside an old church transformed into a wine bar, this wine & food tour will guide you through a fantastic and unexpected wine & food experience that you won't forget. The goal of this experience was to share and show a little of my daily habits inside the traditional "Petiscos" houses (finger and shared food restaurants), and the secrets behind Portuguese wine & food pairings that I used to enjoy inside these places.
