If you really want to experience Tijuana like a local, this six hour cultural driving tour is for you! Experience the real charm of the city while walking the main streets of Tijuana while interacting with locals at the city market, museum and Avenida Revolucion. Visit the infamous Trump's wall and enjoy some time at the beach. Try local craft beer, Tequila and Mescal. Visit the Caesars restaurant where the Caesar's salad was invented and have free time for curios shopping. Also learn about the culture at the CECUT center and botanical gardens in Zona Rio. And for lunch, enjoy the real Mexican tacos with lots of guacamole and salsa! You will have a private vehicle for your party. No strangers. Minimum of four people per booking needed.

You can also request to be picked up at your home or hotel as long as you are south of Mission Valley (south of freeway 8). Otherwise the meeting point will be the "Cool Down Coffee Shop" located at the E street / Bay Front Trolley station in Chula Vista. Or the Oldtown trolley station at 4005 Taylor Street. You will receive an itinerary with the determined final pick up location five days prior to your tour.

An amazing experience

Mario was very friendly, and was an amazing tour guide . He was very patient, and answered our questions with enthusiasm. The tour itself was a very special experience for me and my family. We got to taste Mexican culture and history, and it was a memorable experience.

Tijuana city tour

I did a lot of research before booking the Tijuana city tour and our experience went above and beyond what I anticipated. Mario has curated a wonderful and varied tour which squeezes in so much. He picked us up from our apartment and drove us to all the sites, including the cultural museum, downtown, local markets and infamous trump wall. Best way to spend my Thanksgiving break!

The tour was amazing! I have been to more than 20 countries, so I have my fair share of experiences with tours. However, this one was the best of all. Mario was the kindest person ever, he is very attentive and fun. You can always trust his recommendations. So much fun in just one day!

We had so much fun in just one day. I really love how Mario tells us stories and histories about the places we went to. And it was also so convenient to leave from san diego and he would just drive us to tijuana and take care of all the things. All you have to do is show up.
