What You’ll Experience

Step into a historic Venetian palace and experience a true home-restaurant cooking class led by one of our family chefs—Nicolò, Tommaso or Anthea. Guests work in brigade-style pairs at dedicated stations, sharing the craft while reducing food waste, just like in a professional kitchen. You will learn to prepare fresh pasta dough and tiramisù from scratch, with a hands-on approach focused on cold preparations. Due to the class timing, cooking and sauce-making are handled by us, but you are always welcome to follow us into the kitchen and discover our techniques up close. The experience includes welcome snacks, wine - 1 bottle every 3 guests, two pasta recipes, tiramisù, olive oil tasting with homemade focaccia, mineral water, espresso, a limoncello shot and digital recipe materials. Suitable for all skill levels, the class ends with a shared meal in a warm, authentic Venetian atmosphere.
