Chef Massimiliano Pepi is famous for his "mega" tortelli, made as per tradition with local raw materials and of excellent quality.


It will be an opportunity to learn the secrets of his experience as a chef from him!

You will make Maremma tortelli, an appetizer and 1 dessert with him!

What You’ll Experience

SPECIAL EVENT! Chef Massimiliano Pepi of the "Gli Attortellati" Rural Restaurant, located in the Tuscan Maremma, will teach you how to make his "mega" Maremma tortelli. The Chef will be in Florence for the first time on a single date and will bring his experience as a great connoisseur of the raw material and its processing, according to tradition and love for the land and its fruits. Owner of the family restaurant, founded in 1998, he was among the first to introduce the concept of the rural restaurant at "0" meters as it is surrounded by the family's organic farm which grows fruit and vegetables and raises animals for the preparation of the dishes of the menu. An unforgettable cooking experience, with an authentic Tuscan flavour! This project was born in collaboration with the "Culinaria - artisans in the kitchen" restaurant and with the "Gli Attortellati - rural restaurant" restaurant. Minimum number of participants 8.
