Description
Good to Know
This is an Asado made with both passion and technique. Your host is at the same time a trained chef and sommelier and a former exile who lived 10 years in Europe, away from his land and traditions.
Exile makes people even prouder and more passionate about their homeland.
Being bilingual in French and English, I can provide an experience without any language barriers.
Having lived so long abroad, I know exactly what the things are that foreigners want to discover when they come here.

We'll share the most beloved ritual of the Argentine People (even more than futbol): EL ASADO:
A day of cooking, sharing, laughing, working, and, of course, eating and drinking generously.
We'll start our day by making our acquaintance over some mate & facturas (traditional infusion and pastries).
Once we're settled in, it's time to work! We'll set our fire, our grills, and our meats while we discuss the traditions, techniques, and tools involved in what we are doing.
Asado is a collaborative ritual, so we will get our hands dirty with coal, iron, and meat.
Our fires burning and our meats slowly roasting, it's time to swap my chef's hat for my sommelier one: I'll present to you, French tasting style, what I believe to be the future of Argentine high quality wines: extreme altitude wines from Salta Province.
Once the first starter is ready, the feast can start. The grills are emptied slowly, bit by bit. The meat is always hot!
We'll share one big table against a background of trees and enjoy the fruit of our labor in high spirits, as we love to do.
After a traditional dessert and some mate to help us digest, we'll say our goodbyes, hoping to meet again!
