Feel the cobblestones beneath your feet and warm breeze through your hair as you explore Rome's world-famous food culture Sample a variety of street food from crispy but fresh fried artichoke to piping hot supplì oozing with cheese. Once you've eaten your weight in typical Roman on-the-go snacks, it's time to head to our cooking school where our pizzaiolo (a.k.a. pizza guru!) will be waiting for you. From here, you'll learn learn all aspects of pizza making, from crafting fluffy dough to seasoning the perfect sauce. After you've feasted on your homemade slice, you'll follow your guide back downstairs to enjoy a sweet treat of gelato - and if you're lucky - a cafe!
