+11 photosGreat experience. We collected so many truffles and loved playing with the cute friendly dog. So glad we opted for this activity. Domenico was so passionate and knowledgeable about truffle hunting. It was an authentic truffle hunt, not a touristy gimmick.
The guide was very friendly and knowledgeable and his dog was very well trained and found a lot of truffles. Maybe when booking the guide could give his name and telephone number and be more precise where he is meeting his guests at the Coop car park.
I, my family and friends keeps coming back to truffle hunting with Domenico. He’s knowledge of the profession, the forest and his respect for the nature is unique, So far 4 hunts and going back again in November 🙏
I have to admit that I had reservations about going on a truffle hunt while on vacation in Italy. My wife had booked this excursion thinking it would be something different to try. I am so glad she did. Dominico was an excellent guide and very knowledgeable. He is very personable and down to earth. His dog Cuba (Coo-ba) was amazing! It included less walking than we expected, which was good! Guide was great and his dog was wonderful!
