Join a rustic kitchen in Florence and dive into the essential flavors of Tuscany. Start by preparing fagioli al fiasco, a slow-simmered bean dish flavored with garlic, sage and olive oil. Then, roll fresh pappardelle by hand and top it with a seasonal wild boar ragù simmered in red wine and Tuscan herbs.


Next, fire up the grill and learn to cook bistecca alla brace over wood coals for an authentic barbecue experience. Conclude your culinary adventure by layering custard, sponge cake and chocolate in a rich zuppa inglese. Enjoy your meal in a relaxed setting, sip wine if you bring your own and leave with recipes to recreate a true Tuscan feast at home.
