Julio was a wonderful instructor. The class was well organized and fun. The food was delicious. The recipes will be shared with us after the class. Overall a very good time!

I recommend this class for both beginners and intermediate home cooks! My husband and I greatly enjoy cooking and have made homemade pasta before and we learned a lot from Chef Vary. We particularly enjoyed learning to use the gnocchi board and the chitarra, and how to make ravioli. I also appreciate how hands-on the class was as a concern was it turning out to have minimal interaction or it being mostly demonstration.
