In a small group in the heart of Florence, you will create tiramisù from scratch, guided by professional chefs and a method built on precision and technique, not simplification.
Unlike most classes, you will prepare homemade savoiardi and learn how to pasteurize eggs properly, two essential steps that are almost always skipped. These techniques define the structure, safety, and final quality of the dessert.
You will follow a clear and reproducible process, using carefully selected, high-quality ingredients, with attention to balance, texture, and detail.
