I participated with my partner in a truly original wine tasting in Bordeaux, led by a young enthusiast in a district dedicated to sustainable development. Nothing to do with clichéd and overrated tastings found elsewhere. The wine, presented creatively, made us discover unexpected flavors. Had such a great experience with Francis! Went with my boyfriend and we had a very basic knowledge of wine before hand, Francis was great with answering all of our questions. Fun class and amazing teacher! We feel like we have a better understanding of wine now :)
