8:30/14:30 pick up at Meeting Point/hotel in Hoian center 8:50/14:50 Our guide will take you to local market to introduce some ingredients as well as the daily life of local people 9:30/15:30 Hop on the unique bamboo basket boats and start your journey exploring the small channels to go into the forest of water coconut, be guided to rowing bamboo basket boat, join in catching purple crabs with local fisherman, make souvenirs with palm leaves and enjoy amazing performance with basket boat dancing 10:30/16:30 relax with cold water and join in cooking class with local chef Learn the traditional ways of cooking authentic Vietnamese food. After the lesson, enjoy the delicious dishes that you prepared 13:30/19:30 back to hotel or meeting point Note: Vegetarian option is available and flexible * MENU 1 - Sua gao - Rice milk - Banh xeo - rice pancake - Cha gio - Spring roll - Goi du du - Papaya salad - Ga chien - Fried Vegetable with lemongrass Menu for cooking class can be changed a little bit but make sure to include local dishes.

Cooking Class with Jennifer

I did the cooking class with Jennifer. Jennifer was bubbly and energetic. Her enthusiasm was infectious. The dishes we prepared were tasty and provided a useful insight into vietnamese cooking and flavour. I would highly recommend this activity for anyone traveling to Hoi An.

Highly recommended tour!

The tour is highly recommended. You get an insight into Vietnamese cuisine and culture. The guide was very humorous. The ride with the Coconut Boat was great. The food was all fresh and we were allowed to do a lot of things ourselves. The people tried very hard and were very friendly.

A great afternoon out and well worth it.

A very good afternoon out first with market shopping, then back to the restaurant and cooked 4 courses, plenty of food, then finish the day with a round boat ride. Good experience.

Great course

The course was great fun! We were only a small group of four and. did the long course with crab fishing and boat tour. Hàng was a great guide and made us feel really comfortable. Dietary restrictions were taken into account and the food was delicious. Thank you!!!
