Step into a warm Venetian kitchen for a vegetarian cooking class that celebrates fresh, local flavors and time-honored Italian techniques. Your chef will begin by introducing the menu, highlighting the importance of seasonality and regional ingredients.


Start with fondi di carciofo, tender artichoke hearts cooked with olive oil and parsley, paired with a vibrant Caprese salad made with ripe tomatoes and fresh mozzarella. Then, dive into crafting lasagne from scratch—layering handmade pasta with a colorful medley of seasonal vegetables and a rich tomato base.


For dessert, prepare torta allo yogurt, a moist and citrusy cake that offers a light yet satisfying end to your meal. Sit down to enjoy your creations in a small-group setting and leave with cherished recipes and skills to recreate this Venetian vegetarian feast at home.
