Step into a welcoming kitchen in Siena and begin by preparing pappa al pomodoro, a warm Tuscan soup made with rustic bread, tomatoes and fresh basil. Under your chef’s guidance, learn to handcraft soft gnocchi, served with a bold cheese and pepper sauce.


Then, layer seasonal eggplant with tomatoes and herbs for a rich parmigiana. End with tiramisù, Italy’s most iconic dessert, made with mascarpone and espresso-soaked ladyfingers. Share your meal with fellow guests and bring the flavors of Tuscany home with you.
