Best Food Tour in Lima!
Diego is an incredible host, showing Lima in its authentic self (without the tourism or gentrification). We tried real, Peruvian food with lots of information on their creation and significance to Peru. It was obvious Diego is a valued part of the community in the way he spoke to the people we tried food from, and we truly felt like Diego was the perfect host. I did the tour with a girlfriend. It was so incredibly fun! Diego has a passion for what he does and that makes it extra fun/educational. He has a lot of knowledge about Lima and the surrounding neighborhoods, and can answer all your questions. The food was incredibly delicious and we never would have chosen/tasted it without Diego. It was a nice informal atmosphere!! Really recommended!

We started as strangers but left as friends.
Diego was an absolute gem! He was very knowledgeable and excited to show us his city/country. He took us through the Magdalena market (Mercado de Magdalena) and around it to a bunch of places for us to try local food and fruits. One of us is a vegetarian and that was no problem! He even made sure to end the tour with sweets to celebrate a birthday!! Diego even gave us where to go and eat while in Cusco/Arequipa. It was a great tour and highly recommend! Make sure you go hungry!
