An essential but authentic route, perfect for those who want to discover the wines of Conegliano Valdobbiadene DOCG in a simple and direct way. After a guided walk through the vineyards along the Biodiversity Route, we will welcome you in the tasting room for 4 white wines, including Glera Sui Yeasts and Prosecco Superiore DOCG in three versions: Extra Brut, Brut and Extra Dry. The tasting is accompanied by savory breadsticks with Prosecco, croutons with oil from the Prosecco Hills and homemade Prosecco biscuits. A compact but complete experience, for a first taste of the territory and its bubbles.

Tasting
We were very pleased to learn about the reality of Cal Monda, accompanied by Stefano and Alberto. Interesting explanation in the vineyards, both of the method and their philosophy, followed by a pleasant tasting at sunset, under a beautiful porch. In addition to their wines, we had the opportunity to taste some products of their production (oil, biscuits, breadsticks, gardener). Recommended for those who want to try a tasting feeling not a guest but "in the family"

During a wine tour, we got to know this reality based on biodiversity-conscious cultivation. The company is run by 3 brothers, Stefano hosted us and acted as a cicero making us appreciate all the passion and dedication that every day you have to put into this work and lifestyle choice.
