Winery Farm:

The tour will begin by traversing the Via Chiantigiana immediately after leaving Florence. This scenic route winds through the picturesque Chianti region of Tuscany, offering breathtaking views of rolling hills, vineyards, and charming villages. As travelers embark on their journey, they will be treated to the quintessential Tuscan landscape, with cypress trees lining the roads and centuries-old vineyards stretching as far as the eye can see.

Castellina In Chianti

The first stop will be near Castellina in Chianti, where visitors will have the opportunity to explore a true family-run dairy farm. Here, cheeses are produced using traditional methods, reminiscent of times past. Guests can witness the artisanal process firsthand and indulge in tastings of these authentic Tuscan specialties. After experiencing the cheese-making process and learning about the different varieties, guests will have the chance to savor a delicious aperitivo featuring various incredible pecorino cheeses. Accompanied by fresh salads that enhance the flavors of the cheeses, it's a delightful culinary experience that captures the essence of Tuscan gastronomy.

San Donato In Poggio

The second stop will be at a historic winery in Chianti Classico, renowned for the quality of its wines. The visit begins with a description of the winery and its wines. There, in front of aperitifs, you will taste the famous classic wines of Chianti, from Chianti Gallo Nero to Chianti Riserva, the Super Tuscan, and some white wines of Tuscany. An incredible and complete experience awaits as you savor two of Tuscany’s finest products: Chianti wine and Pecorino cheese. Additionally, we will provide a full lunch featuring three delicious courses, expertly paired with eight different wines, along with tastings of extra virgin olive oil and balsamic vinegar. At the end of the second tasting, we will return to Florence.
