This experience offers a rare opportunity to taste wine directly from the tank during the fermentation process-something very few wineries allow. Guests can explore the evolution of Prosecco by sampling it at different stages, gaining a deeper understanding of how its aromas and character develop.
Set in the UNESCO-listed Prosecco Hills, the experience combines vineyard access, an underground cellar carved into the hill, and a complete journey from grape to bottle.
