We open the doors of our winery to anyone who wants to discover our history and immerse themselves in our world by becoming a winemaker for a day. We offer the chance to discover the enchantment and magic that is hidden in Sicilian wines. Our guests will be able to accompany us step by step in the production processes and play an active part in them, tasting with us the Syrah slowly maturing and refining in the tank, corking a bottle of freshly filled Catarratto. You will visit the winery and the winemaker will explain you its history and the main techniques of vinification. You will then be able to create your unique blend, guided by the staff in the analysis of the characteristics of different wines, so that you are able to choose freely which ones to include in your blend. It will be really amazing and funny to become a winemaker for a day and all the necessary instruments and guidance will be supplied to allow you to create and taste your own blend. At the end of the experience you will also taste 6 different wines produced here and you will be able to bring with you your own bottling, capping and labeling of a bottle with the blend of wine created.
