Good to Know

During this tour, we will visit the old town of the hacienda that dates back to the year 1500 as well as its temple of the Miraculous Christ. We later went on to see the vineyard, traveling in a cart pulled by our tractor, where we explained the vine cycle and the importance of "terroir". We return to the winery where we visit the production area, you will learn the details of the wine making process, we will also visit our barrel cellar. The experience ends with a wine tasting accompanied by a simple pairing with cheeses and charcuterie.

Learn about the history of our Hacienda that dates back to 1550, revive its historical and cultural value through the guided tour where you will learn not only the historical importance but also the history of our Vineyard. We start in the vineyard, getting to know the vine cycle, and then move on to the production area: winemaking cellar and barrel cellar. At the end, you can enjoy a tasting of our different labels accompanied by a plate of cheeses and charcuterie.

Excellent wine experience near Leon

Excellent tour, we learned like no other vineyard we have visited, and we have been to the Ensenada Valleys and the wine route in Guanajuato. Our guide was Maria José who is the Manager, and it was enlightening, enriching and very complete. Later in the tasting we tasted 4 wines in which the sensory experience was very well guided by Maria Jose. EXCELLENT VISIT FOR ALL TO THE VINEYARD

A very pleasant experience either as a couple or as a family a tour of the whole hacienda the parish very nice, the fields of vineyards with explanation of the process of growing the grapes, then visit the Cava and storage tanks , very pleasant good explanation of the whole process of wine making and finally the tasting explained for people who are not experts but you leave knowing more details to taste a good wine
