Explore a historic hacienda, visit the vineyards, learn winemaking, and savor wines with pairing. Discover the legacy and essence of winemaking at Vinícola Tierra de Luz.
Experience Details
During this tour, we will visit the old town of the hacienda that dates back to the year 1500 as well as its temple of the Miraculous Christ.
We later went on to see the vineyard, traveling in a cart pulled by our tractor, where we explained the vine cycle and the importance of "terroir".
We return to the winery where we visit the production area, you will learn the details of the wine making process, we will also visit our barrel cellar.
The experience ends with a wine tasting accompanied by a simple pairing with cheeses and charcuterie.
