    Set against the backdrop of the Blue Mountains, enjoy this insider's tour of a winery that planted its first vines in 1986. Your tour will take you out to the edge of the vineyard and into our cellar where winemaking takes place.

    Following the tour, our guide will lead you through a special pairing of local cheeses or chocolates that complement 4 of our wines.
