京都の豊かな酒文化を体験しませんか？
寺院や神社だけでなく、京都は日本でも有名な酒造りの伝統を誇る地でもあります。
歴史ある伏見の酒蔵街を訪れ、専門ガイドと共に様々な日本酒を味わいましょう。
静かな酒蔵の並ぶ通りを散策し、この地域が何世紀にもわたって酒造りの中心地である理由を学びます。
京都は1200年以上にわたり日本の帝都として栄え、日本酒はその文化生活に欠かせないものでした。
このプライベートツアーでは、電車で2つの異なる酒蔵を訪れます。一つは300年以上の歴史を持つ伝統的な酒蔵、もう一つは京都中心部にある現代的なクラフトスタイルの酒蔵です。
実際に稼働中の酒蔵に入り、酒造りの工程を間近で見学できます。この貴重な裏側の体験では、各ボトルの形を成す技術と職人技を深く理解することができます。
道中では、辛口やフルーティー、にごり酒や梅酒など様々なスタイルの日本酒を試飲します。試飲しながら、酒の醸造方法や京都の酒造文化が特別な理由を学びましょう。
