My son & I had the best time learning how to make sushi & Wagyu beef! Chef & his assistant were professional , sincere, & humorous too! Everything looked so beautiful & tasted delicious! We highly recommend this experience!

We had a wonderful time during our cooking class. Sho was so patient with our seven year old son. It will definitely be one of the highlights from our trip and he is already talking about cooking for friends once we get home.
We highly recommend this experience.

Had a really good time and learned a lot. Both instructors explained in detail about every dish - ingredients, history, way of preparing, etc.
We made a variety of dishes in various techniques and the results were tasty!
One of us has celiac and they made a big effort to supply us with gluten-free alternatives such as gluten-free soy sauce

It was a great family activity, and a great addition to our focus on food in Osaka. It was fun and we learned at lot. We went out in the following days in search of some of the tools and have plans to make bentos together back home. Instructor was friendly, funny, and informative. It will be a lovely memory

We had such a fun time learning how to cook Udon traditionally! The instructor and restaurant were great and it was really fun to step on the dough. I would highly recommend getting the wagyu and tempura add ons. It is only slightly more expensive but it makes the final meal extra delicious!

Such a fun experience! Kaiko was awesome and we learned so much! We got a good mix of history, had fun stomping on the dough, and had a delicious meal at the end. We like to take cooking classes when we travel and this was one of the better ones we've done. Highly recommend it!

Shohei is very friendly, speaks perfect English and is very knowledgeable about fresh ingredients. First he showed us the local market, then we made three simple and tasty dishes according to our own wishes, with suggestions and recipes from Shohei. It was a very enjoyable afternoon.

We had an amazing experience at the sushi making class! The class was well-organized, fun, and perfect for all skill levels. Our guide, Shohei, was fantastic—so knowledgeable, friendly, and incredibly patient, especially with our son. He made sure we all felt comfortable and confident, and our son had a blast learning from him. Highly recommend this class to anyone looking for a memorable and delicious experience!

We had a lovely evening with Shohei and his 2 assistants. We had the extra requirement of cooking gluten-free, which he accommodated to easily and knowledgeably, so we made gluten free Osaka style Okonomiyaki and Tempura, which where very tasty and we’re looking forward to making them again at home. All while having super nice and friendly chats.
