We are so grateful for this experience. We wanted to make some nerikiri back at home, and we felt this was a very good and complete first step into this world. We had an excellent time learning to make nerikiri with Nariko. She was well-prepared and very knowledgeable, and she was able to teach students with a variety of experience levels. It was an excellent class, and the results were both beautiful and delicious.
It was my first time making this kind of sweet. It was a bit complicated, especially the latter parts. However, Nariko-san gave us very detailed demos and informative notes for each step which helped us create and finish each Nerikiri. I recommend trying this experience out!
Would highly recommend the Nerikiri making class with Nariko. Super experienced in the kitchen, great with people, obviously loves what she's doing. Our sweets turned out even better then expected.
