Restaurant Details

A healthier bowl of ramen hits you differently than those filled with fatty bits and excessive oil (not to say they're not delicious too, though). Among Kanagawa's well-regarded ramen shops, Kagura, is known for its organic ways of creating delicious bowls of ramen. The use of only natural ingredients and seasonings, without the addition of additives and preservatives, is what makes this ramen-ya a popular choice for the locals. The light yet rich shoyu broth is made from nothing but dried sardines and a secret mixture of various soy sauces. Mix it with their chewy noodles and top it with a variety of chashu, and you'll get a delicious, nutritious bowl of Kagura ramen. Some may argue that the fattiness of the broth in ramen is what makes a ramen bowl, but in reality it’s possible to create great ramen which is as good for the heart as the taste buds. If you want to enjoy top-class ramen without taking a cheat day, Kagura’s super healthy noodle soup is the answer.
