Fantastic experience and a really unique way to learn about ramen! It was fascinating to taste the individual components that go into the ramen and then combine them ourselves to see how the flavors evolved as we built the dish. We learned a lot about the thought and craftsmanship that goes into each element. The bowl of shoyu ramen prepared by the kitchen at the end was terrific and a perfect way to finish the experience. The English was also very solid, which made the experience easy to follow and enjoy. Highly recommend for anyone who wants to understand and appreciate ramen on a deeper level!

It was an amazing experience to see all of the little details that are put into making great Ramen. Each detail and step was explained to us and we were able to try each ingredient individually to give us a better idea of how it all comes together. If you are interested in understanding how a great bowl of ramen comes together this is a must do tour!

The experience is speechless and incredible, the step by step tasting help me to understand how the layering of ramen stock become so tasty, where I gained more understanding about umami. You also get a chance to make your own mini ramens as well as a bowl (or two smaller bowls of ramen with 500 yen top up) plus the special dish which incorporates ramen toppings and French cuisine techniques. What a wonderful time spending at the shop. If I really had to suggest only one flavor, the shouyu one is my pick.

An absolute must-do in Tokyo! We boarded a traditional yakatabune houseboat from Tennozu for an omakase cruise, and it completely blew me away. Gliding along the river at night offers a stunning, crowd-free perspective of landmarks like the Tokyo Skytree, Rainbow Bridge, and Odaiba. The staff is incredibly attentive, even pausing the meal so you can step onto the deck for photos. It is easily the most intimate and unique way to see the city lights.
The sushi itself is exceptional and worth the price alone. Every course, from the premium tuna to the sea urchin, was fresh, refined, and beautifully crafted. Because you're away from the noisy city streets, the atmosphere inside is quiet and relaxed, letting you truly focus on the food and the chef’s skill. If you want a memorable, top-tier dining experience that goes way beyond the usual tourist itinerary, book this. Highly recommended!

A solid experience in Tokyo. We boarded a smooth and relaxing traditional Japanese cruise and were served with high-quality sushi with amazing attention to detail. Definitely worth it not only as a unique way to visit the big Tokyo landmarks without feeling touristy, but also to experience one of the best sushi omakase in Tokyo.

We couldn't ask for a better all-in-one experience – visiting all the big Tokyo landmarks in a classic Japanese cruise while dining on an impeccable sushi omakase. Three hours easily went by as we cruised through the Sumida River with stunning views and indulged in the fresh, melt-in-your-mouth sushi menu. Better not miss this one on your next trip to Tokyo!

This experience completely reframed what a restaurant can be.
We boarded a traditional yakatabune at Tennozu and enjoyed a high-quality omakase sushi course while slowly cruising through Tokyo’s waterways. It wasn’t just about the food, it was a well-designed journey where cuisine, service, scenery, and the city’s history moved together in perfect rhythm.
Seeing Tokyo Skytree, Rainbow Bridge, and Odaiba from the water—quietly, at night, felt surprisingly intimate, even for someone who knows Tokyo well. The sushi itself was refined and honest, with no excess, just craftsmanship and respect for ingredients. The calm setting actually sharpened the focus on each bite.
If you’ve been to Tokyo many times, this is a refreshing way to rediscover the city. More than sushi, it’s an experience of Tokyo through motion, perspective, and tradition.
Highly recommended if you’re looking for something truly memorable, not just another great meal
