We had an enjoyable afternoon. Our host Yuko was delightful, guiding us in English with clear explanations of the local fresh ingredients to make our tasty Japanese dishes. Highly recommended.

Midori sensei is a wonderful host! I learned the key facts about Tonkatsu and can't wait to try it at home. The instructions were so helpful: Many thanks again for the great evening! Super fun class. Very hands on experience and the instructors were very fun. They made the experience enjoyable and went through the process step by step. And the ramen and gyoza were both really good. All four of us in our party left very full. Definitely recommend this class.

What a fantastic experience, this was the highlight of our trip to Japan 🇯🇵 . Starting with the warm welcome which we received from Yoshi and the amazing class providing us such clear instructions ending in a wonderful meal. We now have the skills to make ramen 🍜 and gyoza 🥟 when we arrived home!

I had an absolutely wonderful time cooking okonomiyaki with my partner and the amazing sensei who helped us through it all. She walked us through all the steps and made sure we got through without a hitch. All while making us feel at home and talking to us about every little thing! She is so gentle and patient, such a comfortable atmosphere. In the end everything ended up tasting delicious! 10/10 would recommend.

Yoshi-san and Amo-san are simply great! 2 hours of quiet time and learning how ramen and gyoza are made, in a quiet suburb of Tokyo. We learned a bit of history behind ramen and gyoza while getting the opportunity to make it ourselves. This hands-on experience is great, even for people like me who rarely enjoy cooking. We also had a quick, fun competition (no spoilers here!). The broth was the only thing prepared since it takes hours upon hours to make. But other than that we made basically everything else from scratch. AND, we got to eat our delicious creations at the end! TOTEMO OISHIKATTA-DESU! DEFINITELY RECOMMEND
