Super fun class. Very hands on experience and the instructors were very fun. They made the experience enjoyable and went through the process step by step. And the ramen and gyoza were both really good. All four of us in our party left very full. Definitely recommend this class.

What a fantastic experience, this was the highlight of our trip to Japan 🇯🇵 . Starting with the warm welcome which we received from Yoshi and the amazing class providing us such clear instructions ending in a wonderful meal. We now have the skills to make ramen 🍜 and gyoza 🥟 when we arrived home!

I had an absolutely wonderful time cooking okonomiyaki with my partner and the amazing sensei who helped us through it all. She walked us through all the steps and made sure we got through without a hitch. All while making us feel at home and talking to us about every little thing! She is so gentle and patient, such a comfortable atmosphere. In the end everything ended up tasting delicious! 10/10 would recommend.

Yoshi-san and Amo-san are simply great! 2 hours of quiet time and learning how ramen and gyoza are made, in a quiet suburb of Tokyo. We learned a bit of history behind ramen and gyoza while getting the opportunity to make it ourselves. This hands-on experience is great, even for people like me who rarely enjoy cooking. We also had a quick, fun competition (no spoilers here!). The broth was the only thing prepared since it takes hours upon hours to make. But other than that we made basically everything else from scratch. AND, we got to eat our delicious creations at the end! TOTEMO OISHIKATTA-DESU! DEFINITELY RECOMMEND

We had the best time. It felt just like we were cooking with family and the food was delicious. We now have new items for our japan shopping list and some delicious foods to make when we get home. Thank you so much Emi for a great last afternoon in tokyo.

Our host was very Kind and we had a lot of fun! Accomodation for Vegan and Vegetarian eating were no problem and our host spoke good english, so it was easy to learn not only about cooking but about japanese food in General. Some parts of the meal like the broth were already prepared because they take a long time to make, but our host explained in detail how he did it so that we are now confident that we can try it at home. Thank you so much for the great experience!
