Our teacher and translator were fun and encouraging as they taught us how to make gluten free takoyaki and okonomiyaki. They prepped all the ingredients, which were fresh and high quality. All the kitchen equipment were very nice and the facilities were excellent. If you have the chance, do take this class. It’s fun and rewarding to learn how to make these two delicious street food with gluten free ingredients.

Our nine year old is very shy and Sakura san approached her with patience and after a while she felt comfortable. We’re so glad that we did this and recommend the class wholeheartedly. I really enjoyed this cooking experience with these two lovely women. The meal we prepared was delicious and I learned a lot about japanese food. Especially the miso tasting I really liked. Also the tea ceremony, I enjoyed it very much. Much more personal and detailed than in any tourist spot. Thank you for these precious moments.
