Was very knowledgeable about all things Japan and food and the food was filling and delicious.

Yoko was a very friendly and warm instructor. She is passionate about Japanese culture and food, and we enjoyed conversing with her and learning more how the history and culture of Japan affected its food. I highly recommend Yoko as she truly brings the authentic Japanese experience to the cooking class.

Wonderful small group experience with 8 people total. Very informative and friendly throughout. They did an exceptional job at teaching us how to actually make sushi. Many classes we’ve taken in the past have really been more hands off or pre-prepared. These ladies did an excellent job! The food was awesome with two rolls, 6 nigiri and miso soup to prepare and eat. Come hungry!

Fabulous class! We learned a lot about Japanese cooking and enjoyed terrific food. The teacher clearly went to great lengths to make it a memorable experience. The fish was of the highest quality. Thank you for making this a highlight of an already wonderful trip!
