This class was incredible! Takako-San is so knowledgeable and explains all of the ingredients and recipes so well. Such a wonderful experience in her home, I would highly recommend for anyone who loves Japanese food. Book this for your next Tokyo trip!

Bruce is delightful and a font of knowledge! The food was delicious and plentiful, and it was a fun and entertaining evening. The only reason I have dropped a star is the cost. I think it is a pricy food tour, having done many in various cities around the world. This shouldn’t discourage you from experiencing Bruce’s experience and conversation, and the delicious tatami food, if you are happy paying this price.

Had a great time with Hiro, great food and sake and a really pretty tour of Gion at night. Hiro gave us some brilliant insight into some of the culture and explained various things about the buildings and shrines. Thank you!

We had a great time at the mochi making class. Not only did we learn how to make mochi, Sakura also taught us the history of mochi. We highly recommend this class.

We had a very educational and fun time learning to make tofu with Marie. She is a patient teacher and it’s very clear she has a lot of experience! Would highly recommend.
