What You’ll Experience

Have a guided tour of our winery to know the history of our wines and then learn how to cook one of the typical Canarian dishes and Canarian Potatoes”. “MojoPicón” is a typical sauce of the Canary Islands and can be red or green; made using coriander, parsley or pumpkin. Our chef will guide you through the steps so you can achieve the best flavor when making one of the seven gastronomic marvels of Spain.
