Experience Details

A hands-on cooking class located in Miraflores district, during this class you will get to to chop, stir, fry, plate and of course learn everything about ingredients used in Peru, tips on which ingredients can be substituted at home and also some history and background information on the dishes and ingredients. The class is paced, so you will eat each dish right when it's done. The class takes about 3 hours. Come hungry for a delicious 4-course meal!!

What You’ll Experience

Situated in the center of Lima's Miraflores District, SkyKitchen offers you a unique three hour experience. We show you how to cook your own Peruvian food. Enjoy your self-prepared dishes while having a conversation with your fellow participants and us. The cooking class starts at 11 am, where we will prepare 4 traditional Peruvian dishes, we will be done at about 2:15 pm. During the class you will get to prepare the dishes under the instructions of our chef, and also eat them once they are ready. The meeting point is in our location, in a beautiful terrace, at Enrique Palacios 470, app. 701. The class includes water, fruit drink and one Pisco Sour.
