+1937 photosThis was such a great experience from start to finish! Our guide Valeria was such a great host. I took this tour on my first day in Lima and was a great way to explore the barranco neighborhood filled with a taste of the local culture thru cuisine. I also appreciated learning the history behind the food to understand its influences. A must do in Lima!
David was a great tour guide and was very accommodating. Make sure you leave room because you get a lot of food! The ceviche was a highlight!!

It was such a great experience. Valeria is a great guide; super friendly, knowledgeable, patient, personable, and yes bilingual. And the order of what we tried was great. Starting with something small that is eaten for breakfast to the trying if a tea (if I recall correctly) to fruits to chocolates to two main entrees to dessert to another drink to end. It was an awesome experience! We tried so many local spots and lots of different types of food. Valeria was really nice and did a good job of explaining the background of the food and the history of Lima. Great tour!
