Together will discover the unique flavors of Tuscan cuisine while I will tell you the stories behind each recipe and reveal the tricks of the trade.
The course includes the preparation of 3 traditional Tuscan dishes and a welcome aperitif will be offered. You can also choose a more specific course by taking the class in a local farmhouse where you can learn more about the secrets of wheat and bread-making or choose a course in an educational farm and vegetable garden

I will welcome the guests on my house.
I will be at your side explaining and showing you step by step each procedure.
Moreover, I will explain some clues and histories that are behind each recipes. All those things will make your experience unique.
We will cook together the fresh an organic ingredients I buy from my trusted suppliers and you will eat the things you have cooked.
Furthermore, during the experience I will also explain some theoretical topics on flour and cooking and I will tell the origin of the recipes on a historical level.

A must do!
Book with Marta now, you will not be disappointed! We are wrapping up a 5.5 week European trip and our class with Marta is one of our top highlights. We learned so much about cooking and Italy. The food was excellent, if we do say so ourselves, and the conversation with Marta was even better. She is now our friend! We are looking forward to practicing our new skills at home and sharing with our friends and family the joy Marta shared with us.

A Tuscan Gem!
In May of 2026, Marta’s Cooking Class was one of the top highlights of our one month tour around Rome, the Amalfi coast, Florence and Tuscany! Marta is an expert cook and her knowledge of authentic tuscan cooking is also at an expert level.
