Immerse yourself in the fascinating world of mezcal with the Advanced Tasting, an approximately 90-minute experience that combines tasting and education. This event will guide you through the secrets of mezcal production, as you sample eight artisanal and ancestral mezcals from Oaxaca and other regions. With a focus on different types of magueyes and distillation techniques, you will enjoy this activity in an intimate and enriching environment, accompanied by artisan salts, seasonal fruits and traditional pairing. Ideal for amateurs and new explorers of mezcal.

A unique experience with the tasting of 8 artisanal and ancestral mezcales, from Oaxaca and other regions, all of limited production and 100% representative of the tradition of master mezcaleros from each "terroir"
The tasting is argued with a masterclass on the Denomination of Origin environment, the long-lived agaves and the artisanal or ancestral production process.
