The family atmosphere, the variety of dishes and wines offered and the dinner in the vineyard with sunset will make the afternoon spent together unforgettable!

You will put your hands in the dough, make orecchiette, focaccia, chops.

We will give you a book of mother Beatrice's recipes, a treasure of lifelong traditions!

In case of intolerances we vary the menu according to your requests.

What You’ll Experience

We offer you much more than you could ever expect! Harvest from the family garden, tour of the vineyard, aperitif with the wines we produce, preparation of many typical products: orecchiette, cavatelli, pappardelle, strascinate, "i fricid", "a sagn" only as regards the pasta! Then bread, focaccia with tomato and onion, mashed broad beans, chops with sauce and finally sugared almonds. You will get your hands dirty to make your own orecchiette, focaccia and chops, you will turn on and use the wood-fired oven. And the best part is yet to come: the open sunset dinner with freshly baked focaccia. All together with mother Beatrice, born and raised here where we will welcome you! An afternoon together in which to live, cook and eat like a true Apulian. The informal atmosphere, the trulli in the background, the natural setting and the flavor of our wines and food are the ingredients of an evening you will not forget! At the end of the evening we will be a group of friends and we will never want to leave!

Great experience

It was a great experience - the cooking class as well as the dinner with a bunch of lovely people and very sweet hosts. Would definitely recommend and can‘t wait to try the recipes at home.

Disappointing experience.

We expected to cook ourselves. It was just rolling up meat and cutting a roll of dough to make a shell of oriechette. The rest is done by "mom." Sitting outside and eating at 12 degrees is just not...read more

Cooking lessons

We had a great evening!! Cooking lessons (pastas) and discovery of the vineyard and these very good wines in beautiful company!! Delicious supper afterwards! I highly recommend!
