This is one of the most authentic experiences you can have in Puglia!
We had wonderful nonnas teaching us how to make different types of traditional pasta, followed by a pizzica class. Pizzica is a traditional folk dance, and Silvia taught it with so much grace, passion, and knowledge. She is a beautiful and enthusiastic anthropologist who brings the history and tradition of the dance to life.

Highly recommended activity
A beautiful experience for our bachelorette party! The preparation of orecchiette was engaging and accessible to everyone, both for those who had some skills and for those trying it for the first time. The pizzica lesson was truly intense and fun, making everything even more special. Thanks to Fabio and Silvia, who were very kind and extremely helpful. Highly recommended!

I was with some friends for a bachelorette party and we had a truly wonderful experience. We had so much fun and, from the very first moment, we felt welcomed not as mere customers, but as friends visiting. Silvia and Fabio were exceptional: professional, available, and able to make us feel at home. An experience that I highly recommend and that we will carry with us as a beautiful memory
