+14 photosWe had a great tour with the founders son. He was very knowledgeable and very generous with the samples. Their balsamic vinegar, especially the 12 year old vinegar, was fantastic. They have many other options so glad we visited here, it was wonderful

A wonderful place that I recommend to everyone. We were welcomed with great professionalism and friendliness. The tasting was truly incredible, with delicious products that you can immediately tell are made with love and tradition. The best part was learning about the balsamic vinegar process, explained in a simple and passionate way. You can understand the value of years of work in every drop. Not to be missed!

We first discovered Acetaia Angelo and their balsamic vinegar during a pasta-making class at Mani in Pasta in Como. We liked it so much that it was immediately clear to us: if we had the opportunity during our trip, we had to visit the producer. So on our way back from Bologna, we made the detour and booked a tour of the farm. And it was absolutely worth it. Wonderful vinegar tour and tasting with owners Gabriele and Veronica this afternoon! Gabriel was most informative during the tour of their production facility and then describing the different vinegars as we tasted. Then we headed upstairs for a meet and cheese plate paired with a couple of their vinegars. Beautiful building and Gabriele was a most informative host! A fun afternoon!
